bridge. (b) A continuation of the park boulevard system up to the Nortih

should be completed its North end intercept El Caj on and Madison
avenues. (c) Extendi!1[!' India street north:ifard on the hill side east of'

Bay Riverside Drive and La Jolla Boulevard. (d) A better connection
than present exists betw'een India street and street, is to
