Transcript	Cincinnati, Feb 12 1884 Dear Annie I have been over here since Sunday morning . Of course you have read all about our ter- rible flood here. I came in answer to a telegram saying my presence was necessary. The necessity however was not of the unfortunate character . Our office is way up high and dry above all danger of floods .
